How to create app password in google account

To enable a Google App Password, you’ll need to have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your Google account. Here’s how to set it up:

Step 1: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to Google Account Security.
  2. Under “Signing in to Google”, click 2-Step Verification.
  3. Follow the steps to set up 2FA using your phone number, Google Authenticator app, or another method.

Step 2: Generate an App Password

Once 2FA is enabled, return to Google Account Security.

Under “Signing in to Google”, click App Passwords or click here.

Create an application name.

Copy the application password and click on done.
